After successfully running a recruitment company for over 7 years and working in recruitment for several years prior to this, we decided to relocate to and open a bespoke recruitment agency offering a more personalised service.
Our philosophy
Keep it simple! Recruitment doesn’t need to be overly complicated or difficult, it’s about finding the right person for the right role … easy! We will help in every step throughout the process, be honest and give all the guidance we can to make this happen. Recruitment isn’t rocket science, but it does need honesty, communication, transparency and organisation … we think we’re pretty good at all these!
